Effective rates of duty for tyres, tubes and flaps Notification No. 346/86-C.E. Dated 18-6-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 43/85-Central Excises, dated the 17th March, 1985, namely:- In the Table annexed to the said notification, in column (2), against S. No. 3, in item B, for sub-item (iii) and the entries relating thereto, the following sub-item and entries shall be substituted, namely:- (2) (3) "(iii) 7.50-16 and 215/80 D14 540.00"
