Specified final products manufactured from specified duty paid inputs Notification No. 258/86-C.E. Dated 24-4-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 225/86-Central Excises, dated the 3rd April, 1986, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification, after S. No. 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "7. 1103.10 Starches 3501.20 Dextrins and other modified starches. 8. 25 or 28 Soap stone powder, sodium sulphate, sodium hexamats-phosphate and manganese sulphate. 48 Paper or paperboard. 9. 27, 29, 34 or 38 Ethyl diamine tetra acetic acid, polyethylene glycol, dimethylamine, triethyno-lamine, deformer-C, resorcinol, formaldehyde and soning oils. 54 or 55 Artificial staple fibres and tow, artificial filament yarn. 10. 2804.90 or 2806.90 Aluminium oxide and Silicon Carbide 68.01 Grinding wheels. 11. 29 Acrylonitrile 5501.30 Acrylic fibre 12. 31 Urea 3909.10 Urea formaldehyde resins. 13. 39.04 Polyvinyl chloride 59.03 Textile fabrics, impregnated, coated, covered or laminated with plastics.".
