Petroleum products [Chapter 27] Notification No. 120/86-C.E. Dated 1-3-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 75/84-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1984, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification,— (a) in column (3),— (i) for the entry against S. No. 23, the entry "Rs. 5.20 per kilolitre at 15°C" shall be substituted; (ii) for the entry against S. No. 24, the entry "Rs. 22.10 per kilolitre at 15°C" shall be substituted; (iii) for the entry against S. No. 26, the entry "Rs. 64.10 per kilolitre at 15°C" shall be substituted; (iv) for the entry against S. No. 27, the entry "Rs. 64.10 per kilolitre at 15°C" shall be substituted; (v) for the entry against S. No. 32, the entry "Rs. 14.55 per tonne" shall be substituted; (vi) for the entry against S. No. 39, the entry "Rs. 1207.00 per tonne" shall be substituted; (vii) for the entry against S. No. 40, the entry "Rs. 1512.00 per tonne" shall be substituted; (viii) for the entry against S. No. 41, the entry "Rs. 1659.00 per tonne" shall be substituted; (ix) for the entry against S. No. 42, the entry "Rs. 115.50 per tonne" shall be substituted; (b) against S. No. 8,— (i) for the entry in column (3) the entry "Nil" shall be substituted; (ii) in the entry in column (4) for the words "vegetable non-essential oils", the words "fixed vegetable oil" shall be substituted; (c) for S. Nos. 29 and 30 and the entries relating thereto, the following S. No. and entries shall be substituted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) (4) "29 Oil known as 'high speed diesel oil' Rs. 334.04 per kilolitre at 15°C Nil 30 Liquefied petroleum gases and other gaseous hydrocarbons, other than natural gas, ethylene, propylene, butylene and butadene Rs. 262.50 per tonne Nil"
