Set-off of duty Notification No. 111E/86-C.E. Dated 27-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 201/79-Central Excises, dated the 4th June, 1979, namely :— In the Appendix to the said notification, in paragraph 6A, in clause (ii), the words "including execution of a bond" shall be omitted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
