Procedure for obtaining licence Notification No. 111C/86-C.E. Dated 27-2-1986 In pursuance of sub-rule (1) of rule 175 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Central Board of Excise and Customs No. 260/76-C.E., dated the 7th October, 1976, namely:— In the Schedule to the said notification, the word "bonded", wherever it occurs, shall be omitted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
