Rescinding notification Notification No. 111/86-C.E. Dated 27-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, read with sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957 (58 of 1957), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Banking) No. 56/76-Central Excises, dated the l6th March, 1976. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
