Rescinding notification Notification No. 110/86-C.E. Dated 27-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue or the Department of Revenue and Insurance, as the case may be, namely :— 1. 18A/74-Central Excises, dated the 2nd March, 1974 2. 87/80-Central Excises, dated the 19th June, 1980 3. 210/84-Central Excises, dated the 20th October, 1984. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
