Proforma credit - 92/86 - Central Excise - Tariff

Proforma credit Notification No. 92/86-C.E. Dated 10-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 56A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment or as the case may be, further amendment in the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 223/62-Central Excises, dated the 29th December, 1962, and No. 156/85-Central Excises, dated the 13th July, 1985, namely :- In the said notifications, for the words, figures and brackets "First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944)" wherever they occur, the following words, figures and brackets shall be substituted, namely - "First Schedule to the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) as it existed immediately before the commencement of the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986)". 2. This notification shall come into force on the date of commencement of the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985 (5 of 1986).
