Warehousing Notification No. 22/86-C.E. Dated 10-2-1986 In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 266/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967, namely :— In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, for the words, figures and brackets "(Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. 265/67-Central Excises, dated the 28th November, 1967", the words, brackets and figures "(Department of Revenue) No. 21/1986-Central Excises, dated the 10th February, 1986" shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall come into force on the 28th day of February, 1986.
