Set-off of duty on specified goods produced out of specified duty paid inputs Notification No. 15/86-CE. Dated 7-2-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 95/83-Central Excises, dated the 1st March, 1983, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification, for S. No. 34 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :— (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) "34. 16 Tyres, tubes and flaps 34.I Motor vehicles and tractors, 34.11 including agricultural tractors".
