P or P Foods or Food Products [Tariff Item 1B or 1C] Notification No. 257/85-C.E. Dated 30-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 34/83-Central Excises, dated the 1st March 1983, namely :— In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "31st day of December, 1985", the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1986", shall be substituted.
