Special Excise Duty Notification No. 250/85-C.E. Dated 20-12-1985 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, l944, read with sub-section (4) of section 47 of the Finance Act, 1985 (32 of 1985), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 128/85-Central Excises, dated the 24th May, 1985, namely :— In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Sl. No. 1, in column (2), after the figures "25,", the figures "27," shall be inserted.
