Customs Port - Appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 11/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-3-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94(N.T.)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 10 relating to Tamil Nadu, in column (3), after item (5) and the entries relating thereto in column (4), the following shall be added, namely :- (3) (4) " (6) Thirukkadaiyar Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
