Land customs stations and routes - Amendments to Notification No. 63.94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 4/97-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-2-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) and clause (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 63/94 (NT)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 3 relating to Bhutan, in column (3), after item (3) and the entries relating thereto and its corresponding entry in column (4), the following shall be inserted, namely :- (3) (4) "(4) Jaigaon The road connecting Jaigaon Bazar in India to Phuntsholding in Bhutan through Phuntsholding gate. (5) Chamurchi The motorable road connecting Chamurchi Hatkhola in India to Samchi (Samsay) in Bhutan."
