Agarwal Distributors (P) Ltd., Delhi Notification No. 53/99-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 31-8-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), New Delhi to be the Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), Chennai, the Commissioner of Customs (Port), Chennai or, as the case may be, Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), Calcutta for the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to M/s. Agarwal Distributors (P) Ltd., Delhi in respect of show cause notice, DRI F. No. 50D/35/97-CI., dated the 8th June, 1999 issued by the Additional Director General, Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
