(N.T.) Dated 1-6-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Air Cargo), New Delhi to be the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Mumbai for the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to the M/s. Nippon Audiotronix Ltd., Noida in respect of show cause notice, DRI. F. No. 50D/43/97-C.I., dated the 17th March, 1999 issued by the Additional Director General, Revenue Intelligence, DRI (HQRS), New Delhi.
