Customs airports - Appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 61/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 20/99-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 10-3-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, after serial No. 2 relating to Andhra Pradesh and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) "2A Assam Borjhar (Guwahati) Unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
