(N.T.) Dated 16-11-1998 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Port, Mumbai to be the Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Tokyo Plast in respect of show cause notice No. DRI/BZU/F/13(1)/97S/10-44/98-Adj.Cell dated the 3rd July, 1998 issued by the Commissioner of Customs (Export), New Customs House, Mumbai.
