Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva appointed as Commissioner of Customs, Chennai for adjudication of case of Unique Design Enterprises Notification No. 81/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-10-1998 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Nhava Sheva to be the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai for the purpose of adjudicating the matter relating to Show Cause Notice issued, under , dated 9th June, 1998 by the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai to M/s. Unique Design Enterprises, New Delhi.
