(N.T.) - 38/98 - Customs - Non TariffExtract Customs ports - Appointment for specified purposes - Amendment to Notification No. 62/94-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 38/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 9-6-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94 (NT)-Customs, dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against S. No. 2 relating to the State of Andhra Pradesh, against item (1) in column (3) relating to Kakinada Port, in column (4), for the entry, the following shall be substituted, namely :- "Unloading of Petroleum Products and loading of export goods or any class of such goods."
