Cauvery Software Engineering Systems Ltd., Mumbai Notification No. 35/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 8-6-1998 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Mumbai to be the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai for the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to imports made by M/s. Cauvery Software Engineering Systems Ltd., Mumbai in respect of show cause notice No. CAAU/DRI/12/96 SB/C(A) Appg. 30/96' dated the 5th August 1996 issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Customs, Chennai.
