(N.T.) Dated 28-4-1998 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Ahmedabad to be the Commissioner of Customs for the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to the Gujarat Research and Medical Institute, Ahmedabad in terms of show cause notice No. No. VIII/(48-48)/PI/HQ/97 S/10-AMD(PR V)-13/97 ADJN/ACC , dated the 23rd December, 1997 and addendum/corrigendum thereto dated the 14th January, 1998 issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai.
