Kamalabai Notification No. 18/98-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-3-1998 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) the Central Government hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Chennai to be the Commissioner of Customs, Trichy, for the purpose of adjudication of the cases pertaining to M/s. K. Kamalabai, 207, Govindappanaicken Street, Madras, in terms of show cause notice C. No. VIII/10/2/95-Cus. Adj., dated the 24th February, 1996 issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Trichy.
