Appointment of Assistant Collector, Preventive Unit, Bikaner as Officer of Customs Notification No. 71/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 28-12-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 13/89-Customs (N.T.), dated the 9th March, 1989 namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 3, for the entry in column (3) the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "Assistant Collector, Preventive Unit, Bikaner".
