Dated 6-12-1994 In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs-II, Bombay to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdiction of Collector of Customs, Sahar Airport, Bombay for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to imports made by M/s. Inter Gold (India) Ltd., Bombay in respect of the show cause notice issued by Collector of Customs, Bombay vide F. No ACIU/Inv/30/94 dated 25-7-1994. S/10 - 36/94 ACIU
