Amendment to Notification No. 10/92-Cus. (N.T.) - 08/94 - Customs - Non Tariff

Amendment to Notification No. 10/92-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 8/94-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 16-2-1994 . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 61 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 10/92-Customs (N.T.), dated the 17th February, namely :- In the Explanation (i) to the said notification, for the words "and Trivandrum", the words "Trivandrum and Goa" shall be substituted.
