Exchange rates - Amendment to Notification No. 42/93-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 44/93-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-9-1993 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 42/93-Cus. (N.T.) [S.O. 649(E)], dated 27th August, 1993, namely :- In the Schedule I of the said Notification for serial No. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) 13 Swiss Franc 22.46 The rate will be effective from 22nd September, 1993.
