Appointment of customs port - Amendment to Notification No. 43/87-Cus. Notification No. 77/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 10-12-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 43/87-Customs, dated the 12th February, 1987, namely :- In the said notification, for the words "for unloading of fertilisers and dead burnt magnesite", the words "for unloading of fertilisers, dead burnt magnesite and wheat" shall be substituted.
