Appointment of Collector of Customs, Bombay Calcutta Notification No. 1/92-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 3-1-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs and Central Excise, Bhubaneswar also to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdiction of Collector of Customs, Bombay and Collector of Customs, Calcutta for the specific purpose of adjudicating the case pertaining to imports made by M/s. Orissa Industries Ltd., Lathikata, Rourkela.
