Appointment of Collector Customs to adjudicate the case of Cheminor Drugs Ltd. Notification No. 73/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 14-11-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs and Central Excise, Hyderabad also to exercise the powers of Collector of Customs, in the jurisdiction of Collector of Customs, Bombay and Collector of Customs, Madras for the specific purpose of adjudicating the case pertaining to imports made by M/s. Cheminor Drugs Ltd., Hyderabad.
