Exchange rate for Russian Rouble Notification No. 57/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-8-1991 In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962(52 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 51/91-N.T.-Customs [G.S.R. No. 336(E)], dated the 10th July, 1991, the Central Government hereby determines that for the purposes of Section 14 of the said Act, the rate of exchange for conversion of one Russian Rouble into Indian currency or vice versa, shall be Rupees 30.8390. This rate will be effective from Tuesday the 20th August, 1991.
