Exchange rates - Amendment Notification No. 27/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 26-3-1991 In pursuance of Sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 80/90-NT-Cus. [S.O. 962 (E)], dated 27th December, 1990 as amended by Notification No. 9/91-NT-Cus. S.O. No. 56 (E) dated 31-01-91 and Notification No. 12/91-NT-Cus. S.O. No. 79(E) dated 7-2-91. In the Schedule below the said Notification for serial Nos. 10 and 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely :- (1) (2) (3) 10. Italian Lire 6297.0000 16. Swiss Francs 7.2475 These rates will be effective from 30-03-91.
