Container Corporation of India Complex at Babarpur appointed Inland Container Depot Notification No. 5/91-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-1-1991 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Container Corporation of India Complex at Babarpur, about 9 Kilometers from Panipat towards Karnal, as Inland Container Depot for the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
