Exchange Rates - Amendment to Notification No. 61/90-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 74/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 21-11-1990 In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (2 of 1899) and sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 61/90-NT-Cus. [S.O. 748(E)], dated 28th September, 1990 namely :- In the Schedule below the said notification for serial Nos. 5, 8 and 10 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) 5 DANISH KRONERS 31.1000 8 FRENCH FRANCS 27.3300 10 ITALIAN LIRE 6105 These rates will be effective from 25-11-1990
