Kundaim declared Warehousing Station - Supersedes Notification No. 449/86-Cus. Notification No. 71/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 23-10-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification No. 449/86-Customs, dated the 13th October, 1986 of the Central Board of Excise and Customs, the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby declares Kundaim in Ponda Taluka of North Goa District in the State of Goa to be a warehousing station.
