Container Corporation of India Complex at Pakwara appointed Inland Container Depot Notification No. 52/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 30-8-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) of section 7 of the Customs Act 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints Container Corporation of India Complex at Pakwara, District Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, ten Kilometers short of Moradabad on the National Highway No. 24 between Delhi Moradabad, as Inland Container Depot for the loading of export goods or any class of such goods.
