Appointment of Customs Officers - Amendment to Notification No. 250/83-Cus. Notification No. 45/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 9-8-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 250/83-Customs dated the 27th August, 1983, namely :- In the Table to the said Notification, in item No. 4, in column (1) — (i) the word "and" occurring at the end of clause (b) shall be omitted, (ii) after clause (c), the following clause shall be added, namely :- "(d) Districts of Purnea, Katihar, Sahebganj and Godda in the State of Bihar".
