Appointment of Collector of Customs, Delhi as Collector of Central Excise, Meerut Notification No. 37/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby appoints the Collector of Customs, Delhi also to be Collector of Central Excise, Meerut, for the specific purpose of adjudicating the cases pertaining to M/s. Lunia Co.
