Land Customs Station on Indo-Nepal border - Amendment to Notification No. 14/89(N.T.) Notification No. 32/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 13-6-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 14-Customs, dated the 23rd March, 1989, namely :- In the Table appended to the said notification after serial number 2, serial numbers 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, shall be added, namely:- 1 2 3 3. Nautanwa (Sonauli) Road connecting Nautanwa in India, and Bhairawa in Nepal. 4. Nepalgunj Road (Rupadiah) Road connecting Nepalgunj Road in India and Nepalgunj in Nepal.
