Amendment to Notification No. 6/89-Cus. (N.T.) - Customs Airport Notification No. 10/90-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 27-3-1990 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 6.89-(N.T.)-Customs, dated the 6th February, 1989, namely :- In clause (b) of the said notification, in sub-clause (vii) for the words "and test equipments", the words "test equipments, raw materials and ingredients," shall be substituted.
