Amendment to Notification No. 48/88-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 53/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 15-9-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 48/88-Customs (N.T.), dated 1st July, 1988, namely :- In the Table below the said notification, against Item No. 1, in coloum (2), for Serial No. 15 and the entry relating thereo, the following Serial No. and entry shall be substituted, namely :- "15. Collector of Customs, Jawaharlal Nehru Port".
