Appointment of Principal Collectors of Customs - Amendment to Notification No. 48/88-Cus. (N.T.) Notification No. 22/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-4-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 48/88-Customs (N.T.), dated 1-7-1988, namely : - In the Table below the said notification for item No. 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be substituted, namely : - 1 2 1.
