Appointment of Customs Officers - Amendment to Notification No. 38/63-Cus. Notification No. 21/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 25-4-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 38, dated the 1st February, 1963, namely : — In the said notification in clause 1, after the word "Kandla" the word "Nhava Sheva" shall be inserted.
