Appointment of Customs Officers - Amendment to Notification No. 250/83-Cus. Notification No. 19/89-Cus. (N.T.) Dated 20-4-1989 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 250/83-Customs, dated the 27th August, 1983, namely : - In the Table to the said notification, against item 2, in column (1), for clause (c) and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely : - "(c) District of Darjeeling, Islampur sub-division of West Dinajpur District in the State of West Bengal."
