Hard Ferrite Ring Magnets (HFRM) originating in or exported from China PR - Anti-dumping duty Notification No. 54/99-Cus. Dated 4-5-1999 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), read with rule 13 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Central Government, on the basis of the preliminary findings of the Designated Authority, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 1st April, 1999, that there is dumping in respect of Hard Ferrite Ring Magnets (HFRM), falling under Chapter 85 of the First Schedule to the said Customs Tariff Act, and originating in, or exported from, China P.R., hereby imposes on the said Hard Ferrite Ring Magnets (HFRM), originating in or exported from China P.R. and imported into India, an anti-dumping duty at the rate of Rupees twenty one per kilogram. 2. This notification shall have effect upto and inclusive of the 3rd day of November, 1999.
