N-Paraffin imported for use in the manufacture of Linear Alkyl Benzene - Amendment to Notification No. 23/98-Cus. Notification No. 68/98-Cus. Dated 8-9-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 23/98-Customs, dated the 2nd June, 1998, namely :- In the Table below the said notification, after S. No. 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) "28A. 27 N.Paraffin imported for use in the manufacture of Linear Alkyl Benzene 20% - 5"
