Electronic goods - Raw materials and parts for their manufacture - Amendment to Notification No. 13/97-Cus. Notification No. 22/97-Cus. Dated 4-3-1997 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 13/97-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1997, namely :- In the Table below the said notification, in LIST B, S. Nos. 1 to 8 shall be renumbered as S. Nos. 2 to 9 respectively, and before S. No. 2 as so renumbered, the following S.
