Machinery, Equipment etc. for purposes of light combat Aircraft Programme - Amendment to Notification No. 228/88-CUS. [G.E. No. 71B] Notification No. 234/92-Cus. Dated 26-6-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 228/88-Customs, dated the 1st August, 1988, namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the figures, letters and words "30th day of June, 1992", the figures, letters and words 31st day of December, 1992" shall be substituted.
