Amendment to Notification No. 29/89-Cus. [ Ch. 8] Notification No. 201/92-Cus. Dated 19-5-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 29/89-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1989, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, - (a) against Sl. No. 2, for the entries in column (4) and (5), the entries "Rs. 30 per Kg." and "Rs. 29 per Kg." shall respectively be substituted; (b) against Sl. No. 3, for the entries in column (4) and (5), the entries "Rs. 55 per Kg." and "Rs. 53 per Kg." shall respectively be substituted; and (c) against Sl. No. 4, for the entries in column (4) and (5), the entries "Rs. 100 per Kg." and "Rs. 95 per Kg." shall respectively be substituted.
