Rescinds nine notifications - 187/92 - Customs -TariffExtract Rescinds nine notifications Notification No. 187/92-Cus. Dated 14-5-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby rescinds the following notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) namely :- 1. No. 134/86-Customs, dated the 17th February, 1986. 2. No. 26/92-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1992. 3. No. 30/92-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1992. 4. No. 34/92-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1992. 5. No. 38/92-Customs. dated the 1st March, 1992. 6. No. 55/92-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1992. 7. No. 56/92-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1992. 8. No. 59/92-Customs, dated the 1st March, 1992. 9. No. 143/92-Customs, dated the 10th March, 1992.
